Top Ten Books On My TBR List for Summer 2013 

 The Distance Between Us

1) The Distance Between Us by Kasie West - I loved this author's debut novel Pivot Point, so I'm really hoping to love this just as much!

Of Beast and Beauty

2) Of Beast and Beauty by Stacey Jacy - Beauty and the Beast is my favorite fairy tale, so any re-telling of it gets me excited.

The Pirate's Wish (The Assassin's Curse, #2)

3) The Pirate's Wish by Cassandra Rose Clark - I thought The Assassin's Curse was very interesting, so sequel here I come.

The Bone Season (Scion, #1)

4) The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon - So far there has been a lot of buzz for this one, and I want to see what it's all about.

Relic

5. Relic by Renee Collins - Does this not sound awesome?

Untold (The Lynburn Legacy, #2)

6. Untold by Sarah Rees Brennan - It's Unspoken's poorly redesigned sequel!

The Moon and More

7. The Moon and More by Sarah Dessen - It's been way too long since I last picked up one of her novels.

Of Triton (Of Poseidon, #2)

8. Of Triton by Anna Banks - Have you seen this book? It's very short. Just saying.

Truly, Madly, Deadly

9. Truly Madly Deadly by Hannah Jayne - This looks so creepy and good.

Shadow Kiss (Vampire Academy, #3)

10. Shadow Kiss by Richelle Mead - Definitely continuing this series in the coming months.

    I keep seeing The Bone Season pop up today and with good reason since the hype is so cra-zy. Hopefully it's as good as they're making it out to be! Yay for Vampire Academy, that's one of my favorites! :)

    I love the VA series, it's great, love the characters, the world, the fights, the romance, the friendships :) Yup I'm a fan.

    I didn't realize Untold was coming out soon... I wasn't a huge fan of Unspoken, so that might be why.

      I've seen many vampire academy fans around for quite a while now. :)

      I was pretty iffy with the romance in Unspoken, but otherwise I liked it a lot...but yeah, I hate the new covers.

    Great top ten! I'm really excited to read Bone Season too:) Shadow Kiss and the rest of the VA series is amazing! When you finish the series, you should start the spinoff Bloodlines, it's just as good (maybe even better)

    Haven't heard of Of Beauty and Beast but it sounds so intriguing! The Distance Between Us looks so cute.

    Oooh, Untold! I forgot this one. I can't wait to see what happens with Kami and Jared (for all I care, Ash can make a magic gun and shoot himself with it). And I want more Rusty and Angela!

    And you should really read Shadow Kiss as soon as you can :) I remember it was the first book that made me cry!

    I hadn't heard of Relic before, and I'm so glad you included it in your list - it sounds amazing! And lol, I totally agree about Untold. Unspoken's original cover is amazing, I'm so crushed that they didn't stick with that theme for the series.

    I am really excited for Truly, Madly, Deadly, too. It almost made my list, but I already did it as a Waiting on Wednesday book so I tried to give some other books a chance ;) Great list!

    I really want to get my hands on a copy of The Distance Between Us & The Moon and More. They both sound like amazing contemporaries.

    I've seen The Distance Between Us and The Bone Season on a lot of lists today, they do sound like brilliant reads, I hope you're able to read a lot of these books over the Summer!

    I need to read Pivot Point and get to The Distance Between Us whenever it comes out! I hadn't heard of Of Beast and Beauty but now I'm excited about it! Relic sounds really good, too. I don't understand the redesign for Untold at all but I'm excited about the book!

    I can't wait for Untold either! I preferred the original cover design though... I don't like it when they change it in the middle of a series. But whatev, it's Sarah Rees Brennan ^^

      I actually think they altered the Of Beauty and Beast cover; before it had a dress at the bottom, and now it's a city. Hmm.

    I really want to read The Distance Between Us but I have a feeling it won't be available in the UK for awhile :/
