Stacking The Shelves

Stacking the Shelves is hosted over at Tynga's Reviews. Links go to Goodreads. This week, I got:

Wait for You (Wait for You, #1)

Wait For You by J. Lynn (Jennifer Armentrout, e-book) - The new adult genre is really hit or miss for me, but I love her Lux series, so we'll see. I don't understand writing under a different name when your original one is also on the cover, though . . .

Wake (Watersong, #1)

Wake by Amanda Hocking (library) - I haven't read her other series, but the cover of this is beautiful.

Poison

Poison by Bridget Zinn (library) - I'm actually a little under halfway through this right now, and I love the humor so far.

If You Find Me

If You Find Me by Emily Murdoch (library) - I've heard nothing but good things about this so far.

Gravity (The Taking, #1)

Gravity by Melissa West (library) - Not usually into aliens, but this looks too interesting to pass up.

Storm (Elemental, #1)

Storm by Brigid Kemmerer (library) - Also not something I'd usually go for, but the great reviews have convinced me.

Unraveling (Unraveling, #1)

Unraveling by Elizabeth Norris (library) - This definitely has an interesting premise...

Pretty Girl-13

Pretty Girl-13 by Liz Coley (library) - It's been a while since I've had a good YA thriller.

I feel like I'm abusing the library with how much stuff I'm constantly borrowing from them, lol.

    1. I'm loving Poison so far! It's lighter than I thought it would be, but it's great. I was sorry to hear about the author passing away.

  4. Poison is pretty good. I enjoyed the story and loved the authors story. She passed away after writing the book and there was a great push to get the book out there to honor her memory.

I know what you mean about the library but I encourage people to use it and love pointing out how it is such a great use of our tax dollars. The collective in a real world example.

    1. Yes, I heard about that. I'm sure she would have loved to see her book published.

      You're absolutely right! Lol

  5. Ack! What an amazing selection! I totally don't get the J.Lynn thing either, like a pen name is supposed to differentiate so why the real name. I started Wait for You and it seems interesting, I need to get back to it. I can't wait to get a copy of If You Find Me. Everyone is raving about it. Enjoy! x

    1. Thank you! If there are enough amazing reviews for something, I will eventually succumb to the hype and pick it up. ;) Yeah, the penname thing is weird...

  6. I loved Unraveling! I can't wait for the sequel to come out this month! :D
As for Wake and Gravity, I didn't really enjoy them both for different reasons. Hopefully you will.
I never read Poison yet, but hopefully I will sometime soon. It looks good! :D
Enjoy your books & thanks for stopping by my STS! (:
