April Wrap Up & May TBR

April was kind of a slow month in book reading for me, but that's not to say that May won't be better! I can't believe we're five months into 2013 already. Time just flies by lately, which means I need to read faster. I'm always just one book behind in my Goodreads challenge. Anyways, I read:

Let the Sky Fall (Let the Sky Fall, #1) Poison Game (Jasper Dent #2)
If You Find MeEverbound (Everneath, #2)Gravity (The Taking, #1)

Let The Sky Fall by Shannon Messenger - 3 stars, My Review
Poison by Bridget Zinn - 4 stars, My Review
Game by Barry Lyga - 5 stars, My Review
If You Fine Me by Emily Murdoch - 4 stars, My Review
Everbound by Brodi Ashton - 4.5 stars, My Review
Gravity by Melissa West - 3.5 stars, My Review

Quite a few things releasing this month I'm planning to read, along with a book that has been out for a while already. May TBR:

The 5th Wave (The Fifth Wave, #1)

The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey - I've heard almost nothing but awesome things about this book, and the first chapter was very intriguing.

  Reboot (Reboot, #1)

Reboot by Amy Tintera - This. Sounds. Incredible.

Dare You To (Pushing the Limits, #2)

Dare You To by Katie McGarry - Pushing the Limits was one of the best contemporary novels I've read since Perfect Chemistry, so this companion novel will find its way into my greedy hands quite soon.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (Harry Potter, #1)

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling - Yeah, I haven't read Harry Potter. Every bookish person I tell this to looks at me like I've committed murder. So I'm finally seeing what all the fuss is about.

  2. Poison was a very fun read, but to be honest it didn't have a lot of substance. Thanks, I really hope so!

  3. I'm currently reading The 5th Wave and I can tell you that it's an okay read so far. I'm not really that impressed, but I also don't hate it, so that should be a good sign right?
And yay for Dare You To! :D
I got accepted for it today on NetGalley and I absolutely can't wait to start it!
