Stacking the Shelves
This meme is hosted over at Tynga's Reviews. Links go to Goodreads. This week, I got:
Another Little Piece by Kate Karyus Quinn (purchased physical copy) - This looks haunting and chilling and awesome.
Under the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi (purchased physical copy) - I have already read this amazing book, but I wanted a real copy instead of just a digital one.
What's Left Of Me by Kat Zhang (purchased physical copy) - Another book I've already read, but at $7 for a hardback, I couldn't say no.
Linger by Maggie Stiefvater (bought physical copy) - I really need to finish this series.
Take Me There by Susane Colasanti (bought physical copy) - I really want to try something by this author, her books look cute.
Walking Disaster by Jamie McGuire (library) - These books are guilty pleasures to the max for me. The first one annoyed me to death, and yet I still sped through the whole thing. His arm sure is big.
Monument 14 Sky on Fire by Emmy Laybourne (library) - The first one wasn't the best book in the world, but I enjoyed it.
Evernight by Claudia Gray (library) - I loved Fateful, so why not?

What a great haul you have! I've been dying to read ANOTHER LITTLE PIECE. I heard it's brillant and weird, all at the same time. How did you like WHAT'S LEFT OF ME? I recently stumbled across that on Goodreads and it sounds good! I wouldn't have passed up that deal either :) YAY The Wolves of Mercy Falls series!! Loved those books. I hope you like Susane Colasanti. I've really enjoyed the couple of books I've read by her. Hope you enjoy all your new reads! New follower on both GFC and Bloglovin' :)

Thanks for the follow! I am also very excited about Another Little Piece. What's Left Of Me was actually written really well; I think the whole two minds in one body concept can get very confusing, but for the most part everything was easy to understand. Shiver was pretty good! But it's been so long since I last read it that I may have to re-read it before I move onto Linger.
DeleteGreat haul this week!! I've read the Evernight series and really liked her writing style, but I've never read any of her other books. Now I'm going to have to get Fateful soon.

It's awesome if you like the Titanic and werewovles! Lol. ;_
DeleteOoh, you definitely need to finish the Shiver trilogy by Stiefvater. I found the books a slow read, but the kind of slow read where you relish every word and the atmosphere builds and builds...

Yeah, that's a a good description of how the first one felt. :D
DeleteAnother Little Piece was really dark and creepy but in a good way. You got some good books this week.
